First of all, those ethnicities you mentioned are not Europeans. Second of all, Russians didn't mix with Asians as much as you think.
There ain't realistic data for it becuse during soviet times when other ethnic group woman would marry into Russian family they would try to hide her background, and then when kids were born they were told you are Russians,
I know it because watched a lot of documentary there was even one story that some grandmother told just months before passing away, she then revealed where she and her family really were from and grandkids were surprised a lot.
Also there was time when for example Soviets decided to move Korean people to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and some other places in Southern Russia around Volgograd.

The data you need is the way most Russians look and they don't look Asian one bit. Also pretty sure I know my country's history better than random foreigners. Other Europeans like to claim that most Russians mixed with Tatars during the Tatar-Mongol yoke but it isn't true.
I'm tired of people on this forum saying things like "Lisa can pass as Russian" when they clearly don't know anything about Russia. Also I don't agree that any of them look European. Their beauty is Asian.
