Have you ever planted a tree?

There are a type of sour cherry in my culture that you cant find in grocery stores here

we planted a tree of that in our yard

sour cherries>>>>>>sweet cherries

Of course, lots of them in fact. I once planted dozens of pine seedlings in a pine plantation about half an hours drive from where I used to live and got paid for it. It was a long day but worth it. Those seedlings are huge pine trees now and I feel proud when I drive past them and think I helped plant some of those.

when I was younger I think for school we could and at my parents house I've planted plenty of fruit trees

hell I've even had to fell a huge tree as well

Yes, many ones. We did it with our school.

As a little child, I planted a stick in the ground. I treated it as my little plant watering it and caring for it. It strats rooting and growing green leaves. It turns into a full tree and we kept it until the roots started growing into our basement.
