That might need a touch up from somebody who is a photoshop wiz. It looks like because his hair is so light the program recoloured some of his hair too. If I remember correctly there is a way to fix it with readjusting things.

I understand in the aesthetic sense why MOAs prefer blue one. Since we got the blue emblem it's not easy to match the aesthetic if it's not blue
