Would you say that SWF is benefiting Chaeyeon? Discuss

It might make her look bad because she is up against the best dancers in SK and she may look like she is lacking.

But ultimately she will come out stronger from this. She's been through 3 survival shows and every single one of them she encounter failures and setbacks, and she manage to overcome them.

SWF will be no different I feel, she will come out to be a better dancer than she was

I mean its expected that she's gonna get her boj creamed by all these experienced and super talented dancers....so i dont think any of that is a surprise that she is struggling. Ultimately, its more exposure for her and keep her in the spotlight and keep her name in the public's mind until whatever her next musical venture is. Its going to beneficial for her in the end.

I haven't watched a single episode. What's the skill gap consist of? Is it coming up with choreo or a lack of physical abilities?

lack of sharpness, strength and intensity with hard hitting moves

best way i can describe it is imagine a cub in a den of lions. She has her own style thats suitable for idols but definitely is not enough to stand out among battle dancers and industry veterans

Do you have any opinions how how Seungyeon of CLC would fare on the show?

Personally, I think going on this show was a mistake for her (while she might grow skillwise from this, I don't think it's worth her reputation), but the situation is still salvageable. Even if this damages her reputation as one of the best female dancers, she is still getting lots of exposure from the general public through this show. That means if she debuts solo, more people might tune in out if curiosity. All she has to do to make a comeback is make sure her debut single is fan-fcking-tastic.

she could also hire all these dancers that rekt her as her backup dancers just to flex haha like "hey remember when u called me out as the worst dancer? well bitch in the back in that corner is ur spot"

No I don't think it's doing anything for her. But it also won't hurt her.

I think the judges who are her fellow idols could hype her up a bit. Where's the solidarity?

Wut? I dont care about freestyle, that stuff bores me, but how can you say she lacks sharpness, strength and intensity? I watched a couple battles and the only thing that the other girls are "better" act is acting all tough and swaggery, gesticulating and frontin and pointin with edgy gestures and weird eye makeup. When it comes to showcasing actual dance, Chaeyeon blows them all away.

for her personal growth as a dancer yes but assuming your talking about helping her career as a idol no

I think it is benefitting the other's more. Especially, WAYB, YGX and PROWDMON.

Yes, I am talking about them getting more exposure and significant rise in popularity in the past couple of weeks.

ok here's some of the dancers on the show whose "actual dance" is on a level that is above Chaeyeon's current level.

It might be bad for Chaeyeon especially her dance compares to experienced dancers and specialists in this kind of competition. On the other side, it gives the dancer more exposure.
