I'm thinking of making a food contest for this forum, and deciding on if it will be a gift card or akorn prize! it will have to be home made and it'll be a verified contest, hopefully i can get the mods/admins to make a winner's badge! please share your thoughts on what you think would work for a cooking contest - should there be categories, or should it be limited to like breakfast, or dinner or desserts, etc.

madagascar vanilla bean and mango panna cotta garnished w mango, jicama flower, honeycomb, giant blueberry, and candied purple carrots
extremely simple uni temaki
blueberry salad
jalapeno cheddar sconewich w mozzarella and tomato (& an espresso)
chilean sea bass
salmon tart w leeks, squash, and sun dried roasted tomatoes
walnut, feta, and mint on barbari (persian flatbread)
kumamoto oysters w kimchi in endives
and a bonus!
urinal cake!
