Wonyoung is so popular in Korea and China that it definitely will affect the sales alot if she not in the group. Also Yujin is quite popular in China as well so it might affect a bit as well. However, Nako and Hitomi is in the least popular group in izone so I don't think it will affect a lot.
If let says the group consists of Sakura, Minju and Chaewon. They basically have the Japan, Korea and China markets already.
Sakura, Minju and Chaewon all three of them are the top 3 most popular izone member in Japan.
Minju and Chaewon is the top 5 most popular izone members in Korea.
Sakura is very popular in China.
Also, whether or not Hybe can make a subunit depends on how their respective agency react.

In China, you know there are those Fanclub bars on Weibo or somewhere? During Swan's comeback, they show how much each Fanclub bought the album.
Based on the number: Sakura, Wonyoung, Yujin, Yena, and Hyewon are the top 5.
Hitomi, Chaeyeon, Nako, Yuri, and Eunbi are the bottom 5.
so in conclusion,
Yuri is popular in Korea and Japan.
Yena is a little bit more popular in China. Her popularity in Japan and Korea is not that bad imo.
Eunbi is average in China, Japan and Korea
Hyewon seems to be a little more popular in China, but definitely is one of the least popular izone members in Korea and Japan.
I was hoping for this from the start! Girl has all the qualifications to debut and only a small overblown mistake managed to stop her rise. This GG is starting to look like it has the potential to be legendary. Just need to add a few more visuals that can fill the dancer/rapper/leader rolls and they're good to go. I'm already prepared to hard-stan the F out of them lol
