For me
Solo - Mark (because he has not had any opportunity for us to know what a mark solo would potentially sound/look like so it would be interesting.)
Duo - Haechan/Mark - I think this would be amazing. Mark's rapping and Haechan's singing would match very well I think
Solo - Jisung - he can sing, rap and dance well. I do not think he has shown us everything he's capable of and his solo would be interesting for this reason
Duo - Mark/Jeno - in the vein of ten/taeyong's baby don't stop unit would be cool

I was going do mark and haechan also for 127 but i feel like people would moan they are dream members xD
I'm really interested in any possible solos. But for units i'd love to see ChenJi or RenHyuckLe release something.
They'd all eat up a concept or sound like this
