I think Twicecoaster: Lane 2 is Twice's biggest success relative to the time, it's sales were wayyy beyond all other girl groups at the time and TT and Knock Knock both got PAK and were mega hits. It was also the album where the b-sides had the most chart success. It was kinda the crescendo to their enormously successful 2016 run.
For EXO, I guess The War was the most successful in terms of splitting international appeal with domestic success, but Growl (the XOXO repackage) was definitely the most significant album for them as it gave them huge domestic success and made them the biggest group pretty much immediately surpassing all of 2nd gen within a month of it coming out. DMUMT was definitely the biggest success internationally.

NCT 127: Neo Zone (I think you can make a solid case of Regular-irregular really being where it shifted, but purely on charts and sales, it’s Neo Zone all the way)
NCT as a whole: Resonance Pt1 and 2
WayV: aaargh, this one is hard. Kick Back sold the most, so I guess that one although I feel like they had some other releases with more buzz and/or impact.
For Day6, even though this album do not have the most sales (I mean they gradually get more and more after each album), I feel that this was the album that really put them out there and be like "Yes we are Day6"
