will stream as much as they can as soon as song is released to make it peak highest as they can

remember that music tv shows count charting as well, so they probably count those peaks, and Melon is probably highest-rated from all streaming apps which means that a good rank on Melon gives you more points than a good rank on for example Bugs :)
