Being single is actually so damn great. There is so much more freedom, once you are single and it is easier achieve your goals, except if your goal is making family.

there are relationships that one has for fun or just dating then there are serious long term relationships...

Tbh sometimes I want to be in a long-term relationship, even though I've never had a relationship before. I barely talk to guys as well. I want the kind where there's good communication, both learn from each other and grow together. Being single is great too, and I stay single because guys around me always look for something else (casual relationship, pretty face, etc). I think there are benefits to both.

My life got a lot more dramatic after getting in a relationship. Not just about having to meet my partner expectations, but others talking about my relationship and making assumptions. Some days ago someone made a false rumor about me flirting with other guy and exchanging intimate photos, and this person told my bf. It would never happen if I wasn't in a relationship since I was always the reserved type and nobody cared for me enough to make rumors.

single life is bad, but not even thought of as existing ouch ouch.

Sometimes i wonder how it feels like to be in a relationship and i kinda want to experience it as well. But when there is actually someone who tries to get close to me, i slowly distance myself from them. I don't know why but i feel like i'm not comfortable yet to actually have a relationship in real life. And so i'm always single.
