Of course. Any comment that generalizes an entire race is offensive. The most offensive part isn't even the "Rice Queens" term.
Let me guess. They probably think Asian girls dyeing their hair blonde and brown is an attempt to "mimic Caucasians." Wrong. It's a hair color. Asian girls have their own style. They're likely more influenced by other Asian girl trends and K-pop trends as opposed to what white people do.
Of course, there's always a self-hating few in every race, but those don't come close to representing the majority.
