The amount of reviews you get and the points they will give you is the end score you will see on metacritic. It’s based on reviews giving from any site.
The best album on that site got a score of 99, yet only got 8 reviews, but a user score of 4.3. One bad review and the score goes down.
So you can have a score above 80 with only 2 reviews if they gave you enough points.
BP ‘The Album’ got 5 positive ratings with giving 80 points. But two other reviews gave them such a bad rating, if you read the review, they weren’t even reviewing the album, but were talking about Kpop being manufactured, one said Ice Cream was the best Song of the album, yet it was the most disliked one by fans and others. These reviews lowered their score and they got 7.1 for it. Yet a user score of 8.9.
In other words the scores are very fragile tbh, if someone has a negative agenda towards you, they can mess up your score. BP started with 80 and went down to 71.

Why should I deal with it? I never had a problem with it
. I wasn’t the one bringing attention to the fact that it only got 4 reviews.I even wished them good luck that their current score won’t get ruined by some petty writer.
But yeah act like I don’t grant them this… lol
