No. Twice, txt,enhypen, nct,exo a lot of other kpop groups are a lot more popular than iu but still never charted. Only bts and bp chart in hot100. Bts only kpop group to chart in top10 and only korean artist to get no1.

I don't think she has a big enough fanbase in the US.

A lot of kpop fans are casual IU listeners, but kpop is so niche in the US... if she doesn't have fans who actually buys her songs, streams won't be enough. And airplay won't happen unless she sings in english...

It is possible if she collabs with BTS and release the song on a Friday, even if she gets featured on a BTS b side, she can still chart. Or if she gets a collab with another Western act.

Atp I don’t think she can chart yet with a solo comeback and it’s not even IU’s target for now
