So are you trying to say that itzy needs another vocalist because their vocals aren't strong enough?
Itzy wasn't made to be a vocal group. Would it have given them a leg up if their vocalists were as strong as their dancers? Absolutely. But that's not what they were meant to be. They're performance-based and (unfortunately) that means that vocals weren't the main focus.
There's plenty of other ggs with strong vocal AND strong dance lines. Some also have fluent English speakers, too.
You go make your own itzy or girl group. The itzy I know are the best version of themselves no need to change anything. All the itzy members are well English speakers. Lia is fluent she lived in Canada like 3 or 4 years. Lia is also a great vocalist and a dancer. Don't underestimate her hardwork it's disrespectful. Ryujin speaks English very well. She's the second well English speaker after Lia. Also the leader position was chosen by the members themselves. They know who lead them well. You can't decide that yourself just by checking their vibes.

Why should they? I don’t think it should be a requirement for idols to know English, because it’s K-pop, and there are plenty of groups who have members who don’t know English, yet they are still thriving, like ITZY per take. Ryujin doesn’t know English that well, but that didn’t stop her, as well as the rest of ITZY from becoming successful.
And imagine ITZY without Ryujin. Like, what a tasteless world that would be lol. Actually, ITZY without any of the members wouldn’t be right. They were chosen for a reason. They shouldn’t be replaced just because they don’t know English.
Ryujin has been the center piece of ITZY since it's conception though even when Somi was planned to be an member, though. She is the face of the group, also English is not a requirement for a group that mainly promotes in Korea, her being able to perform their English songs without stumbling is good enough imo.
