Because SM literally doesn't know how to handle groups. That mid-sized shift made them do everything to bring out the best artists this year, I guess their zeal to save their reputation made them do that

SM has always had hit or miss concepts throughout every year. Like Joy and aespa were great conceptually but Hot Sauce is one of NCT's worst concepts, which is especially upsetting since Make a Wish and 90's Love were fantastic.

I like everything about the era except for the title track. The styling is good but the MV seems really barebones. The live performances are great but I would much rather watch them than the MV, which is normally not the case for me with SM groups it's normally a healthy mix of both. I love the track videos I think those were fantastic.

I kinda agree with that. The song and the choreo is good, but the MV is kinda pointless. Unless it's actually telling parts of the SMCU (which I don't get), It's just the Dreamies with bottles of hot sauce. I think if there is a secondary theme (if that makes sense) they would know what put into the MV rather than just showing hot sauces around.

SM did Dream really dirty with a song like hot sauce for their first full album in 5 years like wtf they were even thinking, let alone that there wasn't needed to change their sound, i hope they go back to their more public friendly sound with their repack

the album had a lot of hype and kfans has waited for Dream full album for years (i remember when NCT 2020 was announced, NCT Dream full album was trending 1 in korea), the song didn't do badly but they would had done much better with a public friendly song, Dive into you hold pretty good too, it stayed over 3 weeks on melon 24hits, as a b-side it did pretty well, it should had been the title track, a perfect summer song

Because the 90s were the best era of pop music. Those of my 90th generation know that very good pop songs were released at that time.

In YOUR opinion...... I like hot sauce and still enjoy listening to it almost a month on... art is subjective - just because you don't like it - does not mean other people did not enjoy it

I didn't spoke about my opinion, Dream would had done better with a better and more public friendly song in Korea, even their kor fans said so
