If I just look at the pictures I'd just think she looks great and leave at that.

I don't know the context of the picture. The clothing doesn't seem particular enough to belong to a group I recognize. I'd think it is just inspired by certain styles which is fine by me. The clothing and accessories seem a mishmash of styles. Not sure who should get offended by that.

well I'm Chinese (Han) but I've seen something like that before but then again there are 56 recognised minority groups in China plus many more I've probably never heard of so it isn't unusual

plus I've been out of the Country for 30 years now lol
