Try doing some light arm exercises it should help with the pain.

My first dose was fine, the second one on the other hand was unbearable (don't remember when was the last time i had a fever that high) but everything should pass in a day or two so don't worry too much!

We are in the same boat lol. I got my first dose a week ago and my arm was numb for awhile. I took some Tylenol. My next shot is in 4 months.

I haven't gotten mine yet. It's twice you have to get it to not wear a mask in most places anymore, right?

I got my first one. No pain just a little sore but then again I can't really feel a lot of pain lol. I heard the second dose is worse.

Yep. If you are vaccinated twice you don’t need to wear a mask but I’ll probably still where mine due to people thinking I’m anti-mask.

I got J&J Janssen. Only one shot and doesn't have the side effects like the mRNA ones.

Yeah it is pretty save. In my country most people want moderna and if you are cronically ill you probably will receive moderna

Also you can still carry the virus and spread it but it won't affect you anymore

Really? That's cool and I'm also sorry to hear that. I've been to the mall and like half the people weren't wearing masks so it's not really a big deal anymore. I heard the rules are you have to confirm you had both shots and not wear a mask, but I've never seen that happen. My mom didn't have the shots and she went inside with no masks...😬😬😬
