Would you rather be mature or never grow up?

It's a bit late for me to never grow up.

Be mature, I’ve been young and silly once and wouldn’t be appropriate at my age. However, there’s still a kid in me somewhere.

I already did grow up but assuming I haven't:
It's complicated. Being a mature adult isn't fun, you have a lot more to think and stress about like a job, bills, taxes, things you never even thought about as a kid
But to never grow up..... it depends how far it goes. Your body never grows up or your mind never grows up. Or both. I would hate it if my mind (or body) never grew up and my body (or mind) did. That would suck cuz people would expect you to be a mature adult but you aren't on the inside.

I do think it's important to mature as you age but at the same time I think it's good to maintain that kid in you that never grows.
Couldn't have said it better, I agree.

I'm mature when needed but probably not as mature in my free time

I think it's fine as it is

Movie?^^
I watched it last week

here are my thoughts
They went from the worst to the best class in my eyes when they united and refused to accuse each other of stealing (the part where policeman tells them to write the name of the one they believe is most likely to steal on a paper but they refused). Rare to see unity like that in a class

The boys cheering up Chia-yi after that as they were getting punished was super wholesome, one of my fav parts
Another beautiful moment was when they were talking about their plans for the future after graduation.
I started rooting hard for them to be together after the confession 'I will make you mine'
It was cute how she claimed to be into mature guys yet she was in love with Ching-teng, who was not very mature at the time. They were very different but they introduced each other to the things the other one wasn't familiar with and had great dynamics. And then comes the scene when he gets a call from her after many years. That's when I realized what was about to happen and that the scene from beginning wasn't at his wedding...pain only
"If you really love the girl, you will want her to be happy even if it isn't with you" is what he said and that's when it hit me that he has become a lot more mature and accepted the reality yet I hated it because it was painful to see xD I respect him but also hate him for it because that was too mature, you should have snatched her or something (I know that this is not how it works but I can't help being childish about it) :^)
In the end they show us what could have happened if he chased after her on that rainy day and that is cherry on the top when it comes to pain. I felt that movie was pretty realistic and it was veryvery emotional because of that. Thank you a lot for the recommendation, I enjoyed it. Even the painful plot twist
