I don’t know what it is about this exactly that leaves me slightly cold. They’re amazing and they always sell everything 💯 (*groan*, sorry couldn’t resist) and as a group of vocalists I could quite happily listen to them singing me the phone book, they’re that good.

There’s bits of it that give me shivers but the whole’s not quite working for me.

I also think previewing Tiger Inside at Beyond Live made people expect something better.

I think there aren't a lot of hip-hop and EDM fans in K-pop.

Baekhyun's prechorus deserves rights

Usually I am with you but I can’t co-sign here. I’m already not on board with “we go 100” on the opening but I do love the sequence of Mark’s hot opening rap to Baekhyun vocal flair to Taeyong’s fire rap to Kai and more Baek and then it comes in with that wackass chorus again and it loses me (the song was so propulsive and interesting and that “we go 100” is just so basic.) But it looks great and I love the choreo.

I much prefer Tiger Inside, which is more interesting, dynamic and cohesive to me, also with Mark and Taeyong spitting hot and big Baek notes.

I agree with omnimorphism that there aren’t a lot of hip hop fans in Kpop. We’re here, but the majority of fans are always “I don’t like rap” or “rap is...whatever comment of the day as if rap only came in one style.”

This is the worst song I’ve heard from sm and superM tbh. SuperM best song is no manners and if I listened to both of them back to back it would be very disappointing
