It definitely has something to do with heartbreak.
I also think the first concept pics have something to do with The Snow Queen. In the story, shards of a mirror get into Kai's(a character) eye. So I think that has something to do with Hueningkai's eye-patch. Though I'm just guessing lol.
I'm assuming the futuristic concept will be part of another U+ related video, like Eternally.

That Japan acc already gave spoiler hashtag.
I was thinking about the concept trailer when all of them go freeze and they started to melt after the silhouette come. The order fits with photo concepts released. They're in freezing icy World, full with wounds. In Boy, they're still gloomy and something is still gone in their life.
Then, they meet YOU.
Remember how moa predicted The Love Chapter after minisode because they hinted love related things? They might didn't 100% wrong tho....
