is it normal for your heart to cramp up randomly?

Mine does rarely, but it still happens

Does it feel slightly painful when it cramped up? If yes, better go ask for doctor's advice?

Cos my dad feel just a very slight cramp/pain to his heart but we tot it was normal. Only happened a few times randomly.

Then, he passed away due to heart attack.

Hmm.. do you have your period few days after? or are you at a growing age?

If not, then I think still better to look for doctor's advice. At least if he say nothing serious about it, you don't need to worry everytime it happens. The more you worry about it without knowing the cause, the higher risk you create a real illness due to your mindset.

I have that after covid, sometimes it hurts also, but goes quickly. Control pulse and just check in at doctor's appointment

If you are not frightened or severely fatigued from lack of sleep or food it's not normal.

Depends how often it happens

It happens to me a few times every day, but I'm ill, so if you don't have heart problems, eating disorders or any other sickness that weakens you body, it's not normal if it happens often
