I did when little, like before 15 it was pretty bad.
When I joined trip to other town with elementary school classmates in a bus drove along mountain trails
They were all singing and I ended up watching what I ate for breakfast in doggie bags. 
But now I dont get dizzy sitting in cars, perhaps it takes crazy drivers to make me sick again.

As it is more like if I stare at a screen too long while inside a moving vehicle, I will get car sick

usually if im readying a book or manga or im reading smt on my phone i start to get dizzy and start to feel sick
Yeah most transport, trains and buses are manageable. Depends on how much I focus on something.
Cars I need to have the window open.
Planes... I tend to sleep through the journey.
These all end up resulting in having a migraine from the dizziness for a couple of hours and being drained...
Apart from boats, that's instant puke.

Nice I always got motion sick in Cars but when I drive I'm so focus on driving that I forget that I got motion sick 
I do a lot of VR and go on a lot of rollercoasters. So not really anymore.
