idk about the bgs but damn rv came out with psycho and now aespa are shaping up to be the group with the most amazing concept
now i’m super curious about the bighit girls that are lead under her creative supervision and were initially supposed to come out this year. looks like the plan has taken a backseat as their debut has been apparently pushed to early next year. she’s been working on this one group for two years now, it’s got to be something good tbh
Bighit has been media playing Min Heejin a lot. But SM is still SM without her. Red Velvet and NCT's concepts without her are just as solid
I actually think SM's MVs got better since she parted ways with them lol idk how much involved she was with MV's direction tho.
HYBE paid MHJ well so I hope she does her job right and not recycle old ideas like she did with SM.
She had her brilliant moments with SM artists but she also had lows, and judging from ÆSPA's and NCT Dream's teasers and the whole fantastic era that was NCT 2020 / Resonance last year as well as SHINee's and Wendy's latest releases, SM artists are not suffering from losing her at all, if anything they actually upped their game.
Good luck to her in her new job and here for more quality content and beautiful aesthetics from SM artists.

I know. But since she's an art director, I think she's involved in the MV's making too because that's the whole point of "concept"?
yeah that's what I meant. There're different directors for making mvs ofc. Art directors are usually involved in storyboards and directing the visuals, their roles are important as well.
