About kpop groups, when do you think this sales growth will stop? and why?

I think the pandemic helped a bit with sales so I expect some slowdowns once it subsides... but in general it won’t stop anytime soon bc fandoms are so competitive and c-kpop fans are becoming bigger and active on the international level

well think about it most groups even nugus sales are up and kpop hasn't fully caught on in the world yet (again this is just my opinion from an old boomer so take it with a grain of salt) but the larger groups like may not have hit their peaks yet and may continue to grow...

mid tier groups seem to be seeing an increase in sales as well so unless sales are starting to fall I think they will continue to go up for the next few years...

2023 will be the peak

Once pandemic is over, I feel a lot of people find new hobbies and kpop start declining

I have no idea honestly, it will definitely keep growing in 2021 but after bts enlistment i have no idea. As long as asian countries love buying albums it will continue to grow

I just saw Astro sold like 350k, thats a lot for me.

Back in the years 350k was like what the top groups used to sell.

Now the top groups sell 1 million and i am sure TXT, enhypen and Stray kids will soon reach that mark.

While NCT and Svt's sales will keep getting higher.

So no, i dont have an idea how and when that will stop

Yeah I think it can peak quite a bit more and then it will slow subside down
