I do agree with this. I haven't seen people do this, but as you said, these idols are korean so obviously their English skills wouldn't be as great as a native speaker.

First of all, i speak spanish and i barely can understand what she is saying..
Second, i listen to a lot of reggeaton and this was just.. not very good
The only part i actually liked was Guaynaa’s lol but he has better songs than this one

Context needs to be considered too. Sure some people can be asses but sometimes making fun isn't too be mean, it can be for endearment

I don't know about Jisoo and maybe she gets the rough end of the stick but in SNSD for example members like Hyoyeon and Yuri used to have had their English skills joked a shit ton regularly but it was never out of spite but more for fun and memes. Hyos famous English phrases like Camp fighter, Whoopie Golden retreiver, Obama O etc actually became reasons to like her rather than ways to belittle her
