the first reason is cuz all the units have different concepts. secondly, the fact that NCT U is flexible with members makes it easier to have desirable combos and mixes so the songs turn out better. Third, the members all have lots of experience and skills, especially the dreamies because they've all been around for a long time.

because they aren't limited, too many groups after 4-5 years start to become boring because you already see what they can do as a group, but it's not the case of NCT because they are an unlimited number of group under a same group, you can never be bored of them, because they can always change of lineup and it makes it more interesting to see how your bias fit in a new configuration
also NCT have 23 members, the person who say " i couldn't find any members who i would be able to stan " is lying !!!
because their concepts make that you can always find one bias in the group since they are all different from each other
I was just a listener of their music for a long time, but once I started learning about I have had zero regrets. They have brought me a lot of joy in a short amount of time.

what i would've said if i wasn't lazy
they are unpredictable and we love that 
stanning them is not a choice
they are the most interesting and exciting group current kpop has to offer. there is no dull moment in Neo City, their music is the opposite of generic or predictable, they are effortlessly funny and adorable, there is no shortage of wholesome interactions and moments. and then the fact that their concept offers something to all tastes as well as a unique kind of dynamic. it is like stanning 3 or 4 different groups that interact and collaborate with each other all the time, just how awesome is that?
and of course it goes without saying that they have superb discographies, choreographies and MVs. a wide array or talents and visuals and personalities etc
