Twice's albums came out 6 weeks late with no pre-order benefits in the US, Itzy are getting better distribution even without an American label.

Twice already entered even if only one week, even loona did lol. The cut for entering the chart is very low (like 5k units for top 200 and 7k for top 100) and this accounts for everything, album sales, song sales, streams. I would be surprised if itzy didn't chart, what's actually difficult is STAYING

Well, the release date and time are aligned with the Billboard charts. So I believe yes, they are trying to enter the charts. If they were aiming for the Korean charts they would release at 6PM KST, not at 12AM EST.

Nothing is impossible. Their team really needs to upgrade the group's English lyrics for the next mini-album portover. I'm not impressed. It would have been a savvier look in connection with their Maybelline adverts if the lyrics were more current.
