It may have been that Soyul from Crayon Pop may have been pregnant during her promotions of Doom Doom Chit. They had just started their promotion cycle when Soyul dropped out of Crayon Pop to get married to Moon He Jun. The rumors why she dropped out and got married so quickly is because she was pregnant though denied at the time. Her Baby was born in May. So it's possible she was pregnant during the time but only by a few weeks.

i expected there were a few examples when a pregnancy ended an idol career. So far this is the first time I know of that a pregnant idol took leave with the intention of returning. Though it's happened with non idol acts.
Chiaki (ex. AAA) and Kaede (ex. Flower) broke up their activities as they got pregnant but even tho Chiaki was pregnant she still made an MV with Misako back than cause Misako wanted to have a song with her all alone since they were best friends before Chiaki left. I think Chiaki was in the 3rd or 4th month as they did the MV and in the case of Kaede, she made that Flower disbanded cause of her.
