yeah, it legally has to be called "processed cheese" or "processed American cheese" bc it can barely be considered actual cheese.

Yeah, processed cheese or American cheese is what we call it. "Processed American cheese" is more about legal labelling standards.

this particular one is from a caw, but there are also goat, sheep, and believe it or not a donkey. the donkey one is expensive af, nobody sane would give 1k dollars for a kilo.

it's really not, it's the opposite, your kinds of cheese is made for a sandwich :) this one is for pies or how we call it pita here and here, salads, basically everything but the sandwich :)

I like basically all kinds of cheese. A favorite of mine would be Ossau-iraty from southwestern France.

I like nearly all types of cheese but use mozarella and cheddar the most. If we're talking something more fancy and unusual then

• brunost

• paneer

• "korbacz" aka smoked string cheese

• morbier

They're probably not familiar with fresh mozzarella, but rather the low-moisture mozzarella that's sold in blocks. It's usually used for melting, like for pizza.
