    Keep in mind, though. You want to pace yourself while running, so don't choose songs that will make you get too hyped and burn yourself out too quickly. Save those songs for the end of your run.

    Didn't think of it as the perfect running song when I added it, but this came on during my run today and OMG... It is MADE FOR late evening/night runs when it's dark out. It has the perfect feeling! Got into such a pleasing headspace that I even replayed it. Maybe it's a part of the reason I suddenly decided 10km.


    Also just a great song, I think the best I've heard from them :lighter-pepe:

    Glad it worked for you! I used to make playlists specifically for my runs, so I often added songs that made me feel exactly what you described.


    I'm telling you. Running on music is such a unique experience because some songs just get you in the right headspace when you least expect it. It's not necessarily about the high-energy songs.


    Try:

    "INVU" - Taeyeon

    "Gravity" - FIFTY FIFTY (especially during the chorus)

    "Dahlia" - i-dle

    "HWAA" - i-dle


    I guess atmospheric is the right word for it.

    Red Velvet's I Just and SKZ's DLMLU have an atmospheric feeling to them as well.
