The problem was more that she didn't inject at a licensed clinic lol
Off-book injections expose gray zone in celebrity medical careA woman dubbed the “injection aunt,” a figure alleged to have provided off-the-books intravenous drips and prescription drugs to entertainers, has become them.koreaherald.com -
She isn't a doctor, the "drugs"/medicine are probably illegal and people are doubting he didn't know about this when she is his doctor for 10 years and not just an acquaintance, they seem pretty close.
The wrong is= she doesn't have a license and the medicine he was taking is illegal in SK probably and even if he didn't know about her, he probably knew about the illegal medicine.
She is probably something like a cosmetologist. All these idols get different type of “injections” and procedures.
Also I think the type of injections that idols get must be somewhat illegal cuz they do it constantly(there might be a limit, or extreme injections). Hence all this illegal stuff.
I just wonder how many idols go to this type of “injection aunties”.

in house administration of pharmaceutical drugs is illegal in South Korea unless you have a valid reason (i.e. handicapped).
Well that’s unfortunate.

A cosmologist also has to be licensed. Botox and fillers are not illegal either

His fellow member Onew got caught, his agency (or him?) clarified it. He even gave her a signed CD for her help. lol
Ooh so he did the same thing unscathed?

this thread is a perfect example of how non Koreans struggle to understand Korean things lol!
I love how we are all confused about what'sgoingon!

It's not confusing, some people are just... special. They were getting injections from someone without a medical license. The law was already being broken before you even consider the legality of the drugs being injected, which for the time being are presumed to be legal, at least when adminstered as such, seeing as how no one has called attention to the particular drugs being used.
PS: There's no such thing as "somewhat illegal."
