It doesn’t make any sense from a legal perspective for her or publicity/reputation for the lawyers going with the notion they will lose.

The only endgame that makes sense to me is they have a lot of stuff/proof/evidence against YG and are willing to settle for a large amount (not as much as they’re willing to sue)

This is basically a warning/ threat to YG that they’re serious and they’re confident they can win (not for that amount of course) so literally a public warning to settle before things get messy/made public

Unpopular opinion but with the amount she’s suing for I literally think the ball’s in her court behind the scenes!

YG will want to settle if she has evidence/proof especially after we’ve all witness how messy these situations get from the Hybe/MHJ drama last year/on going and all the things revealed.

I know YG doesn’t have the cleanest records anyways but theres obviously more skeletons in their closest. This could potentially reveal everything if it goes further/ investigations and audits etc

Rather than challenge her/lawyers especially if they have the evidence to press forward and risk the company brand and being in debt for however amount it will come to, it might be better overall to offer her a settlement for a large amount and whatever else

This is going with the idea Park Bom and Lawyers do have some evidence or leverage which I’m assuming yes because what lawyer would tarnish their reputation/claim that amount with nothing to back it up
