They also havn't debuted their trainee group and just gamble on that the last people arn't leaving either after getting rid of so many. I mean they first had a 4 member trainee boygroup, when 1 left and a new trainee joined them all of them exept 1 left after a while and than they made a new one with their last trainee and 4 new trainees but 2 of them left and 2 new had been added and than 2 more trainee left and their 3 remaining trainee seem like they will never debut

People had been also quit mad when they had a trainee who got quit popular, especially with Chinese people. IDK if you know Hiroto Ikumi, he recently had his solo debut under a nother company with a Chinese song (sadly nowhere to be found on streaming aaaah, I want the song on Spotify!) and RBW just failed D1VERSE before, who was a Vietnamese boygroup, so seeing Hiroto for their "Japanese boygroup" was making people hope so much. Hiroto originaly was supposed to debut in Japan with a group named BXW (who disbanded after 3 years already) with who he was on Produce 101 Japan season 1 or better said he and 3 other people who debuted in BXW had been on the show and when he left his former company, he literally broke all laws like not going to work for example in hopes to get kicked out and be able to leave the contract. He somehow managed that 2 more trainee left when they saw he left. Hiroto was than revealed to have joined RBW. At the time in 2020 RBW announced to form a JPop group. First not too popular of an idea because people saw how D1VERSE flopped, but later in 2021 Hiroto apeared on his 2nd survival show in China called Chuang2021, where he gained a lot popularity despite not making it to the winner group. He became so famouse that people said he had a Chinese fanclub on some website of almost 4 million members. In 2023 when his Japanese trainee group named JBOYZ was disolved he joined the new trainee group NXD and also went onto BOYSPLANET season 1 in the same year, but in the end of 2024 he left with another trainee at the same time. Erly 2025 it was revealed that he joined a new label and had his solo debut a few days ago.
People who liked Hiroto, which was mostly due to Chuang had been very unhappy with RBW not debuting him during the 4 years he was with the label, especially not due to "the longer they wait to get him to debut, the lesser popular the group could be and RBW should debut him as soon it gets cause they could benefit from him currently being popular in China" but seems RBW gave no damn.
At the moment NXD has 1 pre-debut song with 5 trainees in them, which is sadly not on Spotify, that came out in the end of 2023 but since then we never heard anything other than the last time when 2 trainees, of which one was Hiroto, had left the label.
RBW just freaking sucks at boygroups ... a wonder they didn't flopped ONEUS yet (but the way it does not work with males in the label is for real, like Yoonghoon said some years back that he felt frustrated with RBW and said if nothing happens to his band he can really see the day where he will tell the company that he will leave, which sucks tho)

Till 2027, Solar and Moonbyul's conracts expire, MAMAMOO's brand name expire in October 2025 because if they won't do anything, the 3 year period is done, so the girls can own the trademark, IF they want.

Wait, they announced they're tryna sell the 2 subsidaries?
I'm not sure 100% because I don't remember what the CEO guy said exactly, but they mentioned RBW 2.0 with much less PR, only in Asia, and they will do something with the DSP and WM. I can't find the article anymore because it's in Korean.
I think we'll see in 2 years or sooner. I'm more curious about what's gonna happen with MAMAMOO, because this October the 3 year period is over, so if they won't use the name for anything I think the girls can buy the trademark.
