It's the same beat, they sampled the song that's clear, it's basically an upgraded version, but they still have to pay for it.
It doesn't matter how you change an original song, even if you call it a "Supersonic" remix, you have to pay for it. Even BM's concept and MV is similar with the dances and the way they performed the song.
They mentioned "Fergalicious" too, listen to this, it's not as clear as Babymon's song, yet they still paid for JJ Fad.

What YG did is basically what AI is doing, copying the art of other people without paying for it.
This popped up on my timeline and I thought they cleared the sample because it was clear use of supersonic. It's crazy not to clear a sample and use it for a promoted song. YG needs to pay the group to clear it
