This has been in talks for a while now! People just fall out unfortunately
might be over something serious might be something petty but we will never know at the end of the day 
They say true friendship last over the 7 year mark! Whatever happened I hope they can at least be civil in public and not at like the other doesn’t exists

Somi and Giselle used to be very very close around 2021-2024
Hanging out late at night after their schedules
Mentionning each other on their social media
Hanging out at somi house late at night etc...
But for the past months/year we didn't see them mention each other anymore
yeah I remember them being besties
usually it's 3 things:
- being hella busy and just falling out of friendship
- one of them befriending a female friend which other one doesn't like, maybe even hate
- winning/losing battle for one's heart

Honestly, I think it's best to realize we don't know how close friends actually are because social media can tell you a different story. There's probably a lot of idols where we don't know they're actually close friends because they rarely post on social media about it. For example, I remember people being shocked that Winter was close friends with Yunjin and possibly Keena. I don't think many would have thought Winter would have a close relationship with those 2 idols.
Lastly, I think we have to realize it's the entertainment industry and friendships could be transactional. Not saying it's the case here, but some would appear their friends with an idol due to their status and how it benefits them. I forgot which idol said it, but I remember an idol saying idols would ignore her group because smaller company. However, things would probably change if group was popular because there are benefits in befriending them in public.
