Suspicions have emerged that A, the CEO of JDB Entertainment, home to comedians Kim Junho and Kim Daehee, is involved in an inappropriate relationship with B, a member of a girl group. A, who has appeared multiple times on the MBC variety show The Manager, is a married man with a wife and two children.
On the 17th, multiple entertainment insiders told TenAsia that “A and B have had several inappropriate meetings.” According to their accounts, A and B continued to meet alone after finishing their schedules. They were seen hugging or holding hands late at night on the street.
A source from the performance industry said, “A went on dates with B while driving a foreign luxury car,” and “even when others were present, B always sat next to A.”
An executive from JDB Entertainment, C, stated, “A admitted that he had an inappropriate relationship with B.” He added, “A few days ago, the company staff became aware of A and B’s relationship. Given the seriousness of the issue, we are currently reviewing what disciplinary action to take against A.”
When contacted by TenAsia on June 16, Mr. A was asked if he was in an extramarital relationship with B. He responded, “I can’t say anything at the moment.”
JDB Entertainment recently announced via social media, “A is currently in no condition to personally handle the situation. Internal staff are managing operations and taking necessary steps to respond in stages.”
B has recently deactivated her social media account.
