Which group suffered the most from this hype drama

I think, at the end, New jeans/NJZ will suffer the most. Seeing things in context, at the beginning Illit had the hardest time because they just debuted and had no stable fandom to at least take their side or enough experience to deal with the hate train and public judgement mentally. Still, I voted LSF cause their popularity and public image took the biggest hit even though they are seemingly recovering now.
I think if you would have asked me this question after another year (so in the far future) I would have voted New jeans/NJZ. But I don't know for sure how all of this will play out so that's a speculation on my part.

I think its Illit, but the sentiments are now shifting and going against NJ. I think Illit and Le Serrafim will bounce back quickly now. Le Serrafim is doing great in the US and on global Spotify.

Streams? yes. Sales? no. They're now at a similar tier to ILLIT.
That aside, if NJZ/NewJeans seeming manage to wriggle out this saga with just penalties and fees (they'll hope for this court case to drag on into next year, in which the calculations will be less than this year), then I can see someone snapping them up from China. After all, China has started to open up to K-pop again, and wealthy Chinese are looking for new investments due to the downturn in their economy.

which group I think it's illit
We are talking about suffering. While they definitely had some public scrutiny from Korean fans, internationally they have become pretty huge and most people do not even know the NJ copying allegations unless they are a heavy K-Pop fan.I think NJ has destroyed themselves possibly, just defending a woman who has not even bothered actually defending or protecting them. Those kids should have never been put on the front lines in a war between two egotistical millionaires. I worry they are going to be blackballed and MHJ is just going to walk off into the sunset to start a new project once her non compete clause with HYBE is over.
LSF and Ill-it for sure have also suffered a lot of abuse at the hands of hardcore K-Pop fans though and all of it has been unneeded and cruel.

They are also hated because they were formed as an IZ*One group, like scouted Chaewon and Sakura with the pure intention of using past IZ*One activities to promote them. Which still baffles me as everyone loves IVE and IVE started off doing the same thing promoting as an "IZ*One spinoff" group.
Also, the documentary HYBE put out about LSF made them a laughing stalk as they showed Sakura crying in the vocal classes but only showed her for the one day when she was upset at reading the nasty comments left on her social media about her voice. Not any other days or any of her other vocal classes.

HYBE really set them on fire with that documentary.

We still could, we just gotta yeet some miserable millionaires out of the company and take away their power.

At the start it was Illit because it wasn't fair for them to be dragged into this mess. Now and in the future it will be NJZ. We don't even know if they're going to release music or the penalties they might have to face. I feel they're not going to win, and Hybe's media play against them is working. If NJZ goes back to Hybe their music will most likely suffer and unsure if fans will stay.
I am still in shock how they didn't keep all of this in house, and made us reach to the point of no return.

There are news reports that confirm cases of targeted hate campaigns and spreading misinfo against bts, Ilit, and LSRFM.
HYBE reported to the police for investigation and the news reported on it.
Here’s a Reuters report in English.
