"Labor Office Results Notification
Today (3/24), I received the official notification from the Labor Office via registered mail.
To convey the information concisely, I will number the points.
I sincerely appreciate everyone who has supported me. Many people have expressed interest in the results, and I’ve also received numerous interview requests, so I’m sharing this update.
I look forward to your continued support.
1. (Claim 1) Min Hee-in was found to have violated her duty to conduct an objective investigation and has been fined accordingly.
2. (Claim 2) Min Heejin’s workplace harassment (including verbal ab*se) was recognized, and she has been fined. Although the proportion of recognized workplace harassment was only 12%, the imposition of a fine instead of a mere warning is considered a severe penalty. (New)
3. I had given her about four opportunities to apologize and resolve this matter, but instead, she sued me. Apologies are no longer necessary.
4. I will continue to respond diligently to the remaining civil and criminal cases, especially the lawsuit Min Heejin filed against me.
