ADOR begins to comply to NewJeans demands on the FINAL DAY
-
-
Interesting move. Clearly this is aimed at showing they are planning to take big action, even moving to fight against another subsidiary for them' - problem is they could have done this on day 2 of the notice and this isn't going to buy time since they'd need to show evidence they made legitimate and good faith attempts to correct the issues in the 14 days. Last minute moves don't tend to look good in court.

This move is completely ridiculous, it seems a 15 year old is managing this. I remember the first months how everybody was saying Hybe wouldn't do all this if they didn't have proofs and blablabla... Well they've definitely proven everybody wrong, the missmanagement in every single move is embarrasing.

You think all this incidents are a big thing, but if you zoom out, it's very minors stuff that maybe have or maybe have not happen. If one employee of an other company in one or two occautions say something bad or does something that hurt any member of the group is not a big deal. If it happen many times over a period of years maybe it's something. It's not like it's Adors fault if Hybe or some subsidery of them have cause a minor problem.
An the funny thing, who was the boss of Ador when all this happen? You know who. It's also mean she was very much responsible to any harm Ador have caused NJ.

A High ranking Hybe official with the clearance of the CEO and chairman talked of scrapping NewJeans and replacing them with a different product
The former CEO of Hybe promised to put the group on hiatus
Another label deliberately infringed on NewJeans IP and created a similar group
Another label released private information and degrading videos of the members underaged without their consent
Another label that was being paid by Ador was working against NewJeans and sending their brand deals to other groups
Another label that Ador was also paying for PR was going to journalists and disparaging them
The current CEO of Ador sent an excessive loyalty to another Hybe label.
Mind you, the other labels had no problems using Min Heejin but the current CEO cried and guilt tripped NewJeans not to take actions against the other labels. It is their fault

All this is still minors issues that happen all the time in real life company business even they are true.
And I my first point is, what did Ador do to the girls? it's very hard to say they harmed them.

Openly planning to replace the group is a minor issue to you?
