I'm just wondering what the wonderful denizens of AKP think. Will they fade out of existence? Rebrand as Bdor or Fake Ador? Seems like they are kinda screwed without MHJ and NJs.
What will be the fate of Ador after NewJeans leaves?

If newjeans and mhj leaved ador, most of the other original ador staff will resign and go with them too.
Hybe would probably keep that sub label alive on paper for legal purposes and ip lawsuit reasons but for practical purposes it would be dead.
Ador is among hybe's best performing sub label so i wonder how would hybe share holders feeling seeing it get destroyed due to bang pd's ego

They can't even debut a boy group anymore because all those trainees were diverted to other labels. NewJeans Producers aren't Ador, they're Bana and their creative team are MHJ loyalists that left their jobs are SM to follow her. Even the dance team is 10 toes down for those girls
They really have nothing but NewJeans IP
Which is just crazy because if you look at what NewJeans is actually asking Ador to do, it's the bare minimum

I agree I don't think most of what they are asking is excessive or unreasonable. But I do think asking for MHJ to be re-instated as CEO is kind of unrealistic atp. Though it's not clear to me if they actually requested that with this recent ultimatum or if people are just saying they did.

Unless I'm looking at the wrong sources, they aren't even asking for that
Their demands are simply taking appropriate action against Hybe staff harming them (3 separate instances), stop the conflict with their director and in general, stop beefing with MHJ loyalists unnecessarily as that's the whole of NewJeans creative team

I thought they explicitly mentioned that they want everything back to it's "original"
And that would clearly mean reinstating MHJ back as CEO. I mean they did not mentioned those exact words, but the intentions were very very clear
