No one talks about this but Ahyeon is the most hated 5th gen idol

    I thought she was delivering an emotional performance here but suddenly other fandoms camped on this tweet and once again hated on her. This hate does not limit on twitter, but also on tiktok where multiple kpop fandoms will hate on ahyeon and it will get tons of likes and views.


    She was criticized by her dancing. By the time she toned down her dance, people again criticized her. I can see the criticism about her dancing, but in every performance people will notice her, like every eyes are on her. Even in AKP, I once saw a user bashing for her looks.


    On another video, it was revealed that Ahyeon is the one who mostly checks the social media. There is no wonder why she took a hiatus before, I hope she’s doing fine. This day was the anniversary of her hiatus. I remember the bubbly Ahyeon before, but now is a different Ahyeon I see. She rarely smiles and she’s extremely doubtful whenever I see, which is different during the Last Evaluation.

    Hate against Ahyeon will not prosper here as long as I'm breathing. She has literally done NOTHING to deserve any of the hate she has received. A bunch of terminally online bitter stans hating on a teenager for enjoying herself while performing on stage. Or just because she's talented and beautiful.


    But I am also sick of seeing people saying Ahyeon has changed because I have consumed ALL of their content and I can assure you Ahyeon is still her bubbly self.

    Ahyeon is a good kid who wants to do well and be praised. She deserves it and more because she really is that girl. It baffles my mind that people hate on her but a lot of people are miserable ducks. Hopefully she’s got a good support system in YG and within the group/

    I'm all for constructive criticism of everyone, but by people who are in a position where the criticism actually makes sense. Vocal teachers, professional dancers whatever else. A bunch of teenagers screaming on social media repeating misinformation that other teenagers are screaming about an idol or anyone else is not constructive in any form. The biggest one in the most recent case is the people talking about octaves when Ahyeon's DRIP high note was all in the same octave and only went up like 6-7 steps inside an octave.

    Not denying that she's getting hate but where are the haters in this particular tweet? I checked the quotes and comments and no one is hating on her? Only two treasure fans complaining about a member wanting to be in the show and hating on YG but that's not hating on ahyeon. Did I miss something?

    She does sometimes. But most of the times, she just stares blankly even during on-cam. The tiktok vids were also different during predebut, she was energetic in every videos.

    This is why we're going to protect Ahyeon from the haters! I remember defending her from people who speculated the worst explanations for her hiatus before she debuted with BABYMONSTER. They speculating she got kicked out, that she had attitude problems, that she underwent plastic surgery during that time, etc. It was a pool of extreme speculations.


    Predebut days were awful with all the talk about Ahyeon.


    She's doing great, though.
