as long as someone say that their parents love them 
ppl will never report on abuse because they believe that their parents 'love' them
many ppl told me how their parents abuse / mistreat them
i would say 'go file report and screw their life' but they rather being treated like a garbage since they are so despo for love 
this is why abuse / nasty old ppl are never gone 
who cares who they are .they are nasty criminals even if they are bias ,family members ,lover etc etc
well there'a different definitions of what constitutes abuse as compared to discipline
