Have you ever had someone you're mutually interested in be concerned about idols/kpop?

  • I'm talking to this guy right now, and he asked me about my music interests which is obviously kpop lol

he goes "quick question? do you have a crush on any of them?" and I was like "what..."

I quickly explained that its more of a fangirl thing and that I would never put an idol over someone I'm interested in. he also hit me with the "are you sure?"

    yes, I'm sure :nct14:

just dreading the day he walks in my room and sees framed men with stickers and flowers (pcs with decorative toploaders)

Reading this made me chukle xD thank you

Good luck to him, he is in for a surprise

  • Are you maybe a bit young? This guy might worry less about something like that with time.

But hey, at least he is kinda honest about his feelings instead of bottling it up

  • I'm 18, I've dated twice in highschool, and am now a college student.

and yeah, I'm thankful he told me his worries!

I see. He might just be feeling a little insecure which is normal when getting to know someone you're interested in, and especially when you're young. He probably just need some reassurance, which you gave, so good job! Sounds to me like your communication has a good start :finger-heart:

yeah, I'm surprised my ex gf never questioned me about it, but she stayed with me regardless. If only I could get her witness statement for

I would never put an idol over someone I'm interested in.

    (I definitely could, we're friends... :nct35: )

  • I'm from a country where as teenagers most girls put posters up, so if a boy never saw a girls room or never had a poster on his walls himself, idk what is

even some adults still have posters up, even if some just frame a concert poster as their only posters at the end or just hang up 1-2 of their very very faves. I mean I wouldn't question if I would walk up into someone's house and they have let's say Taylor Swift hung up

  • i'm a single pringle crazy cat lady....who's obsessed with jpop more then kpop...

no dude would date me 'cause i'd be comparing everyone to members of the rampage

like nah you not fit for me get out

on a serious note...as long as you're not as crazy as a saesang it shouldn't bother him. But i mean the more serious you get, if it makes him uncomfortable to see a bunch of men on the wall/or women i ain't judging. then you can talk about it. but what you're into and what you like is a part of you, you shouldn't have to change for anyone.

if any of that made sense. if not stay single for ever and own a bunch of cats. :Cat-Cackle:
