For a non big 4 rookie group 100k is great i feel like there’s a lot of indirects going on and Kiss of Life and BM are being used as collateral damage

The 🐘 in the room being they are selling super good despite being from a nugu company

I still think it's impressive how they are kinda big in the kpop community on sns. That's a slay! Hope this will translate even more in stans that actually buy their things!

I appreciate your reply, thank you sm. I didn't know how to feel with the 100k information, sells and charts aren't really my stongest, so I had no ideia 100k was actually good for KOF given the circumstances hihi

It's great! They started from nothing basically and in a short time they made casuals their stans and are already selling 100k in an era.

They won't have big4 numbers for now and it's ok and obvious. They are doing great and releasing a lot of good songs, I expect them to get bigger and bigger enough to give them a comfortable life!

That was literally THE benchmark for true success as a fandom during third generation.

I waited literal YEARS to finally see a Mamamoo album reach 100k sales.

This will never be shade for girl groups that didn't debut from a Big 4 label.

100K is not bad at all for non-major Girl Group, that is definitely escaping nugudom.

Damn, this is my biggest worry when it comes to kpop groups. The members drop so much to dedicate their life to being an idol and sometimes, most of them, never see a single penny. The thought brings chills.

Yeah, like obviously it isn't my money, but I do get happy when idols, specially the ones from small companies, get their recognition through money! They deserve to have a comfortable life with their family.

I guess that's another reason why KOL reminds me of Sistar.

Well they do the same kind of boring music as the Hybe groups, so not suprising if they don't sell.

It appears everyones sales are lower this year, Inflation has hit the world and people are buying a lot less extra items. When you can get all your music for basically $9.99 a month on spotify its a lot cheaper than buying indiviual albums from artists and PC are starting to lose some of their luster (reason a lot of people bought albums to begin with)
