I think it is actually. Perhaps not for those who enjoy the permanent re-shuffle and short lived-carreers of people that aren't left with much at the end of it, but for it will inspire longevity in other acts, legitimize the field as something more than a puppy-mill and probably raise the quality of the output if the early contacts made can become more enduring legacies.

I think kpop overall benefit if the fame and top positions are divided among more groups and not dominated by one or two groups for a very long time.
