Did she even promote her songs in Korea or other Asian countries? I think she mainly promoted in the west, so that's most likely the reason she didn't make it. Jennie for example promoted in Korea, which is why she has been nominated.

I dont think any of her music did anything in Korea maybe she could have got a dance nomination but thats really it.

MAMA shouldn't be called "Asian" music awards... it should be called Korean music awards... but guess they don't want to Identify themselves as korean If I'm correct the sponsors are Chinese( I could be wrong)
