They definitely overlooked that many ARMYs are in Seoul rn for the Festa and will make a crowd at the HYBE building.

You can like it and I can dislike it. There is an official event if I know correctly. If they went there, it's alright in my book. If they went to the company because they wanted a sneak peak of Jin and Bts, that's unnecessary crowding for me. (I am obstructed in my understanding as I don't know korean and don't have weverse.) I am in favor of official events and not in favor of getting into idols personal spaces. I understand that it is a metric of popularity but it is uncontrollable even with the best of intentions. As I have seen in the comments above Jin was thankful but made it a point to say that he didn't want to go there personally as to not ignite dangerous crowding. It's a nice way to say that they had to choose safety and personal space.

But I can be wrong, I give you that. So I wil stand by that it's my opinion and I won't make my comments constant, I am satisfied with stating this once and giving you a reply of my point of view.

This relevance is world wide recognized by different local and international news agencies and media outlets. South Korea's news releases were all about Jin.
