Bleach suffered heavily from roster bloat and Kubo losing the motivation to wrap up all the character arcs and power reveals he unnecessarily hoisted on to his shoulders.
I'm still salty about how the Royal Guards played out. Bleach community was speculating and brainstorming what they would be like for years, and he does...that with them.

Before I was battling K-Pop stans for girl group supremacy, I was arguing with other Bleach fans for dozens upon dozens of pages trying to rank all the Captains and debating match ups 
It's my favorite arc in the series. I might be a bit biased since Gin and Aizen are my favorite characters.

I love the Mugis' dynamic. Everytime something happens and one of them momentarily leaves or threat to leave It's pure suffering

Overall, the War Arc have highs and lows (more lows than highs). There's some moments I genuinely like such as Byakuya vs As Nodt, then As Nodt vs Rukia (+her bankai introdution) and Byakuya, Zaraki vs Unohara, Jugram and Bazz B's backstory, Shunsui's bankai introdution and probably a few other things I don't remember right now.

If you think about it Sasuke was really the epitome of Big 3/4 privilege. Not only he was gifted with one of the best Kekkei Genkai in the series for being born in Uchiha Clan, he was the reincarnation of a God who was the grandson of the progenitor of Chakra
