The rate and scale of their achievements are completely historic. Their debut year was absurd and their 2023 was flat out the most statically dominant year any girl group has ever had.

BP didn't debut with a PAK because they lacked privilege.
NewJeans debuted with zero promotions of any kind and instantly took over K-Pop. Did they have privilege? I mean, sure. But that's just splitting hairs. All the top girl groups have privilege.
