Yeah, nah. I already hate working out and have to drag myself through hell just to go to the gym 2 times a week for like 30 minutes. There is no way I could do this lol. Only way I would even attempt a work out like this is if I had a personal trainer walking me through this and motivating me along the way. And, I'd still definitely be skipping the burpees and the plank crawl.

Now Kazuha's ab workout, I'm gonna be borrowing from that one. I've been looking for some none sit-up ab workouts. Need a little diversity to work the core on my non-gym days outside of the regular degular plank.

I'm skipping the burpees for now too. It's just too hard

Okay so I did the workout yesterday (fully, I did 25 burpees only tho) and my whole body hurts

I guess I'm gonna do Kazuhas ab workout only today
I already went walking outside for 1 hour

200 Jumping jacks (I did 200 instead of 100 bc no burpees) = check

What I managed to do yesterday:

- 200 jumping jacks

- Plank crawl to ANTIFRAGILE

- 65 Leg raises

- 100 crunches

- 120 bicycle crunches

- 60 squat jumps

I can see some muscles already

My waist measurements also went down 2cm (went from 65cm to 63cm)

My inner legs hurt sm from the jump squats. I wonder if this means I’ll loose inner thigh fat

TODAYS FIRST UPDATE:

I did 320 jumping jacks + 75 crunches (25 left 🔥🔥🔥🔥)

Im feeling so mf motivated damn

All I can think about is how amazing it’s gonna be when I actually did this for a few weeks - I’m gonna be so proud 🥹
